Oxidation Behavior of Ferrous- Nickel- and Cobalt-Base 3 Kinds of Superalloys at Constant Temperature

摘  要:研究了铁基合金GH1140(%:0.08C、21.60Cr、37.42Ni、2.31 Mo、1.63W、0.44Al、0.91Ti)、镍基合金GH4098(%:0.02C、18.52Cr、5.92Co、5.81W、3.96Mo、2.74Al、1.19Ti、0.10Fe)和钴基合金GH5605(%:0.10C、19.92Cr、10.55Ni、15.16W、1.77Mn、0.52Fe)在750~950℃100h的静态氧化行为。结果表明,在750~900℃,3种合金中GH4098抗氧化性最佳,GH1140最弱;950℃,GH5605抗氧化性最佳,GH1140最弱。GH1140的氧化膜组成主要为Cr_2O_3+少量(Fe+2Cr_2O_4),GH4098为(Cr_2O_3+NiCr_2O_4)+少量NiO,GH5605为Cr_2O_3+Co_3W+ CrMn_2O_4。Statical oxidation behavior of ferrous-base alloy GH1140 (0. 08C, 21.60Cr, 37.42Ni, 2.31Mo, 1.63W, 0. 44A1, 0. 91Ti), nlckel-base alloy GH4098 (0. 02C, 18.52Cr, 5.92Co, 5.81W, 3.96Mo, 2. 74Al, 1.19Ti, 0. 10Fe) and cobalt- base alloy GH5605 (0. 10C, 19: 92Cr, 10. 55Ni, 15.16W, 1.77Mn, 0. 52Fe) at 750 -950 ℃ for 100 h has been studied. Results showed that at 750 - 900 ℃, the oxidation-resisting quality of GH4098 was optimum and that of GH1140 was lowest in the 3 kinds of superaltoys at 950 ℃, the oxidation-resistant quality of GH5605 was optimum and that of GH1140 was lowest likewise. The main ingredient of oxidation film for GH1140 was Cr2O3 + a little (Fe + 2Cr2O4 ) , that for GH4098 was (Cr2O3 + NiCr2O4) + a little NiO, and that for GH5605 was Cr2O3 + Co3W + CrMn2O4.
