摘  要:在常温常压下,以淀粉为原料,经过一步氧化法来制取氧化淀粉粘合剂。并分别考察了氧化时间、水、氧化剂、增塑剂和糊化剂的用量对粘合剂粘度的影响,得出最佳制备方案为:以25 g淀粉为基准,氧化时间60 min,水用量60 mL,氧化剂NaClO水溶液用量4 mL,增塑剂CaCl2用量0.14 g,糊化剂NaOH用量2.0 g,此时的粘度可达到275 MPa.s。Oxidized starch adhesive was prepared by one step oxidation with starch as raw material at normal temperature and atmospheric pressure. The main factors influencing its viscosity were oxidation time, the dosage of water, the dosage of oxidizer, the dosage of plasticizer and pasting agent. The optimal preparation method was chosen as follows: when the dosage of starch used was 25 g, oxidation time was 60 minute, the dosage of water and solution of sodium hypochlorite was 60 and 4 mL respectively, calcium chloride was 0.14 g, and sodium hydroxide was 2.0 g. Viscosity of the adhesive that was prepared according to above - mentioned method could reach 275 MPa . s.
