新生儿先天性白血病与染色体异常——附二例报告

摘　　要：先天性白血病是指出生后6周内诊断的白血病,在临床上极少见。其病因尚不能肯定,多为急性粒细胞型。临床表现为各型侵润性结节,也可浸润各脏器,尤其是肺部,表现为贫血、出血、肝脾肿大及感染等,50%可伴有染色体异常,常伴有染色体病。起病急,发展迅速,预后差,大多死于出血及感染。也有少数可自然缓解,但容易复发。大多数学者认为,观察及支持治疗是明智之举,近年已有CL长期存活的报告,不应轻易放弃治疗。Leukemia diagnosed during six weeeks of life is called congenital leukemia （CL） . It rarely occurs in neonatal period. The etiology is unclear. Most of congenitial leukemia are granulocytic, the clinical sign mayby evident after birth, immediately, with hepatic splenomegaly, anemia, bleeding and infection. Leukemia cell infiltration into the skin results in nodular masses, also invade in some orgens, particular in lung, some maybe accompany with chromosomal disorder. The onset is acute, and developes quickly, prognosis is bad. Most patients died of bleeding and infection, a few maybe relief natrually, but easy to recur.
