摘　　要：乳源酪蛋白糖巨肽(CGMP)是一种多功能活性多肽,其独特的结构和生物特性已经得到越来越多研究人员的关注。简述了从乳清中大量分离CGMP的几种方法,着重介绍了膜分离技术的应用,为工业化生产CGMP提供一些参考依据。Casein glycolmacropeptide （CGMP） is one of muhifunction polypeptides. Recently more and more researcher had paid close attention to casein glycomacropeptide due to its special structure and biology characteristics. This article mainly stated several methods to separate casein glycomacropeptide from whey, especially using membranes. These methods provided data to the industrialized production.
