摘  要:目的探讨转化生长因子-β(TGF-β)超家族成员骨形态发生蛋白-2(BMP-2)及转化生长因子-β2(TGF-β2)在正常大鼠角膜生长发育过程中的表达及作用。方法用免疫组织化学方法观察TGF-β超家族成员BMP-2及TGF-β2分别在大鼠胚胎17d,出生当天,出生后4、7、10 d和11周角膜蛋白水平的表达。结果BMP-2和TGF-β2在大鼠胚胎17 d时有表达,于出生当天至出生后10 d及成年鼠角膜生长发育过程中呈动态变化过程。结论TGF-β超家族成员BMP-2及TGF-β2在鼠角膜的表达随着角膜的生长发育而调节,BMP-2可能与角膜的生长发育及维持出生后角膜的动态平衡有关。Objective To ascertain the roles and the expression of the transforming growth factor- β(TGF-β) superfamily bone morphogenetic proteins-2(BMP-2) and transforming growth factor- β2(TGF-β2) during development of the normal rat cornea. Methods Three rats at each age were sacrificed for histological observation. Cornea were harvested from the Wistar rats, and immunohistochemistry stain was performed. BMP-2 and TGF-β2 were observed at the protein level in rat cornea at aged embryonic 17 days, at birth, at postnatal days 4, 7, 10, and week 11, and adult respectively by optical microscope. Results BMP-2 and TGF-β2 were detected at embryonic 17 days. The period from birth day to postnatal days 10 and adult corresponded to the period of dynamic changes in the rat corneal development. Conclusion The expression of TGF-β superfamily BMP-2 and TGF-β2 are regulated along with corneal development and may be related to corneal development and maintain the homeostasis after birth.
