摘　　要：高校教师隐性知识共享是高校知识管理的关键。高校教师隐性知识共享是隐性知识的传播者、接受者以及传播渠道共同构成的对知识进行双向传递、吸收和应用的过程。而传播者的传播水平、接受者的接受能力以及传播的渠道正是教师隐性知识共享流程的桎梏。对这些问题进行分析,可以有针对性地提出解除高校教师隐性知识共享困境的实施对策。Sharing tacit knowledge among university teachers is the key to knowledge management. It＇ s a process of two-way transfer, absorption and application of knowledge, consisting of disseminators, receivers and communication channels. The disseminating level of the disseminators, the receptivity of the receivers and the communication channels are the shackles of sharing tacit knowledge among teachers. The analysis of these problems can provide some suggestions as to how to help the university teachers get out of the predicament in sharing tacit knowledge.
