摘  要:目的研究宁夏回、汉族12对遗传性状基因频率的分布特点。方法采用分层整群随机抽样方法,调查了宁夏回、汉族前额发际、发式、鼻孔、鼻尖、眼睑、蒙古褶、达尔文结、耳垂、卷舌、拇指类型、环食指长和小指弯曲等12对遗传性状,计算各指标的基因频率。结果宁夏回、汉族钩形鼻尖基因频率分别为0.0847和0.0390,双眼睑基因频率分别为0.5145和0.4221,有蒙古褶基因频率分别为0.3240和0.4317。男、女性三角形发际的出现率分别为38.62%和27.27%,双眼睑出现率分别为65.66%和77.33%,食指长的出现率分别为8.25%和16.81%。结论宁夏回族钩形鼻尖、双眼睑基因频率高于宁夏汉族,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);宁夏回族有蒙古褶的基因频率低于宁夏汉族,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);其余显性基因频率在回、汉族之间没有统计学意义(P>0.05)。男性三角形发际的基因频率显著高于女性(P<0.01);女性双眼睑、食指长的出现率显著高于男性(P<0.01),其余性状的出现率在男、女性之间没有统计学意义(P>0.05)。Objective To study the gene frequency of 12 Characters in Hui and Han nationality in Ningxia. Methods Twelve traits including hair point of the forehead, hair form, nostril form, nasal tip, eye fold of the upper eyelid, Mongoloid fold, Darwin knot, Ear lobe, retroflex, nail form, length of ring hand, bend little finger in Hui and Han nationality in Ningxia were investigated and their gene frequencies were calculated as well. Results The gene frequency of nasal tip in Hui vs. Han was 0.0847 vs. 0. 0390, double eye fold of the upper eyelid was 0i 5145 vs. 0. 4221, Mongoloid fold was 0.3240 vs. 0.4317. The gene frequency of triangle hair point of the forehead in male and female was 36.62% vs 27.27%, double eye fold of the upper eyelid was 65.66% vs. 77.33%, length of ring hand was 8.25% vs. 16.81%. Conclusion The gene frequency of hook nasal tip in Hui group is higher than that in Han group and the gene frequency of Mongoloid fold in Hui group is lower than that in Han group.
