联合检测血清CEA、CA199、CA125对胃癌早期诊断的意义

摘　　要：目的探讨血清CEA、CA199、CA125联合检测在胃癌早期诊断中的价值及临床意义。方法采用微粒子捕捉酶免法(MEIA)分别检测52例正常对照组、82例良性胃病、76例胃癌患者空腹血清CEA、CA199、CA125的含量。结果胃癌患者血清CEA、CA199、CA125的阳性检测率明显高于良性胃病及正常对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.01)。三者联合检测敏感性、准确性均显著提高。结论血清CEA、CA199、CA125联合检测有助于提高胃癌诊断的敏感性及准确性,对胃癌的早期诊断有重要价值。Objective To study the value and the clinical significance of combined detection of serum CEA, CA199 and CA125 in early diagnosis in patient with gastric cancer. Methods Serum levels of CEA, CA199 and CA125 were measured by MEIA in 52 healthy adults, 82 patients with benign gastrosia and 76 patients with gastric cancer. Results The levels of three kinds of tumor marker in gastric cancer group were obviously higher than those in control group and benign gastrosia group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Both sensitivity and specificity of detection were improved when the combined detection of CEA, CA199 and CA125. Conclusion The combined detection of CEA, CA199 and CA125 can significantly improve the sensitivity and specificity of diagnosis in gastric cancer and be useful to the early diagnosis in gastric cancer.
