摘　　要：民族医学院校肩负着为少数民族地区培养医疗卫生人才的历史重任。坚持艰苦创业、自强不息和向农村基层培养高级医学人才的办学特色不改变，是打造民族医学院校核心竞争力的关键。Medical colleges for nationalities shoulder the responsi-bility of producing medical talents for regions inhabited by ethnic groups. Adhering to the college-running features of being hardworking and enterprising, exerting and striving hard as well as cultivating medical talents for rural areas are crucial for having key competitive strength of medical colleges for nationalities.
