摘 要:目的测量与分析护理专业学生对PBL学习环境的感知。方法采用世界性医学教育环境测量工具,对应用PBL教学法进行基础护理教学的护理专业学生进行学习环境感知的问卷调查。结果护理专业学生对PBL教学过程中总体学习环境自我感受较好,对教师的知觉得分最高,学生认为教师知识丰富,师生关系良好,教学以学生为中心,对教师和学术知觉学生得分均为较好或很好。社交、环境、学习知觉部分学生得分对应结果为较差,体现教学结果的差异性。讨论课、辅导课让学生感到很轻松,同时认为对压力大的学生没有完善的支持系统,感到太疲倦无法用心学习。结论PBL教学受到了学生的欢迎,但在教学过程中应注意学生存在的差异性,应用PBL开放式的教学模式开展个性化教育;制定适合PBL教学的教学计划、编写配套的教材,配备充足的教师才能创造一个优良的PBL学习环境。Objective To measure and analyze nursing students' perception about PBL learning environment. Methods Dundee Ready Education Environment Measure ( DREEM ) was used to investigate the perception about the learning environment by the students majoring in nursing, whose fundamental nursing courses were based on PBL teaching approach. Results The students of nursing Major were content with the overall learning environment, which was based on PBL teaching approach, and scored highest on the perception of teachers, for they thought that teachers had a wide range of knowledge and that teachers and students got along well with each other. Moreover, they thought that teachers carried out the student-centered teaching approach. Students scored better or much better on the perception of both teachers and their academic levels while they scored badly on the perception of sociability, environment and learning, which reflects the differences in teaching results. Students thought such approaches as discussions and tutorials could make them feel relaxed; however, they thought those students who felt stressed could not get support from people around them so they felt too tired to concentrate their attention on learning. Conclusion PBL teaching approach is welcomed by students, but teachers should focus on the differences among students and use the teaching mode based on PBL to carry out individualized education. It is necessary to make teaching plans suitable to PBL teaching, compile corresponding textbooks and provide adequate teachers so as to create an excellent PBL learning environment.
