摘　　要：临床实习是培养医学生创新能力的重要阶段，通过改革教学方法，运用网络资源，完善导师制度，规范临床实习模式等措施，从而使临床实习有的放矢，有利于七年制临床实习生创新能力的提高。有助于培养出一代医疗技术精湛、具有创新精神的新世纪医学人才。Clinical practice is a very important stage for medical students to cultivate their innovative ability. We carried out some measures in clinical practice such as reforming teaching methods, making use of network resources, consummating tutor system and establishing the standard clinical practice model. These measures can make the interns have a clear goal during their clinical practice and enhance their innovative ability. It will help train new-century medical talents with refined skills and innovative ability.
