调肝颗粒剂对环磷酰胺所致小鼠免疫功能低下模型免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：[目的]观察调肝颗粒剂对环磷酰胺所致的小鼠免疫功能低下模型NK细胞活性、淋巴细胞转化率的影响。[方法]选用雌雄性各半BaLb/C小鼠共70只,按体重随机分成正常对照组、环磷酰胺组、左旋米唑+环磷酰胺组、调肝颗粒组中剂量组、调肝颗粒大剂量+环磷酰胺组、调肝颗粒中剂量+环磷酰胺组;调肝颗粒小剂量+环磷酰胺组,分别给予相应的处理,观察各组小鼠NK细胞活性及淋巴细胞转化率的变化。[结果]调肝颗粒剂中剂量组与正常组和模型组比较,NK细胞活性、淋巴细胞转化率OD值明显提高(P=0.000);调肝颗粒剂大、中剂量治疗组与模型组比较,NK细胞活性、淋巴细胞转化率OD值明显提高(P≤0.001),与阳性药对照组比较差异也显著(P=0.000)。[结论]调肝颗粒剂可以提高环磷酰胺所致免疫功能低下小鼠NK细胞活性及淋巴细胞转化率OD值,改善免疫功能。[ Objective ] To discuss the mechanism of effect of ＂the Pellet for reg Lating Liver＂ on advancing immunity function,through observing the effect of ＂the Pellet for regugating Liver＂ on activation of NK ceils and transformation rate of lymphocytes of model mice with low immunity function caused by cyclophosphamide. [ Methods ] First, choosing seventy male and female BaLb/C mice half and half; second, separating them into group for comparison , cyclophosphamide , cyclophosphamide with levormiconazole, moderate dose of ＂the Pellet for reguLating Liver＂ , substantive dose of ＂ the Pellet for regugating Liver＂ with cyclophosphamide, moderate dose of ＂the Pellet for regμLating Liver＂ with cyclophospharnide and minimum dose of ＂the Pellet for regμLating Liver ＂with cyclophosphamide ; third , separately dealing with them relevantly; finally, observing activation of NK ceils and transformation rate of lymphocytes of model mice of all groups. [ ResuLts ] Comparing moderate dose of ＂ the Pellet for reg Lating Liver ＂ with common and model groups, activation of NK cells and the OD value of transformation rate of lymphocytes advanced.markedly（ P =0. 000） ;comparing the treated group of substantive and moderate dose of ＂ the Pellet for reg Lating Liver ＂with model group, activation of NK cells and the OD value of transformation rate of lymphocytes advanced markedly（ P ≤0. 001 ） , and which there is also remarkable difference between positive comparison groups. [ Conclusion] ＂The Pellet for regulating Liver＂ can advance activation of NK ceils and OD value of transformation rate of lymphocytes of model mice with low immunity function caused by cyclophospharnide.
