摘　　要：本文进行了中国制造业中外资参与较多的八个行业中内外资企业的比较分析,分析结果表明,目前在中国技术创新努力程度以及技术创新能力相对较强的正是外资参与较多的行业。这说明一方面FDI 的流入形成了技术扩散的可能,另一方面 FDI 的市场势力形成了国内企业技术创新的动力以及压力,因此"市场换技术"——"以市场竞争换技术创新能力"——"吸引外资"的战略仍然是目前以及未来可取的战略选择。This paper focuses on the incentives of the domestic technology innovation. The author makes an analysis of some typical manufacturing industry, in which there is more FDI flow. On comparison, the author finds an inspiring in domestic firm innovation performance following a wave of FDI. Besides providing the technology diffusion, flowing -in FDI promotes the domestic firm to make innovation. It shows that the policy is more preferable, which emphasizes that the fair competitive market is an important factor to improve the capability of domestic firms.
