益气活血清热法治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎60例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察益气活血清热法对慢性萎缩胃炎(CAG)及胃癌前病变的疗效。方法:将符合诊断标准的60例患者,随机分为益气活血清热法治疗组与胃复春对照组,分别治疗1个疗程后观察疗效。结果:总有效率治疗组为93.3%,对照组为73.3%,两组比较,治疗组临床症状的改善优于对照组,病理学改变也优于对照组,其中胃黏膜萎缩与肠上皮化生的变化具有显著性差异。Objective ：To study the effect of tonify qi,clear away heat and remove blood stasis method on the patients with chronic atrophic gastritis（CAG）. Method ：Classifying 60 patients with CAG randomly into two groups： treated group and controlled group, who receive treatment for 3 months of the tonify qi, clear away heat and remove blood stasis method and Weifuchun pill respectively. Results ： The total effect of the two group are 93.3% and 73.3% respectively. The improvement of clinical symptoms and pathological change of the treated group is better than the controlled group ,of which the change of stomach mucous membrance atrophy and intestinal metaplasia of are notable.
