摘 要:采用免疫组化方法和流行病学病例对照研究,对p53高表达与林县食管癌及其危险因素间的关系进行了探讨。结果发现p53高表达与林县食管癌间存在强的联系,单因素和多因素Logistic回归分析OR值分别为7.03(95%可信限2.33~22.21)和5.07(P=0.0073),食管癌家族史和食用酸莱与p53高表达具有协同作用。而且还发现食管癌家族史为p53高表达的危险因素(OR=1.37,P=0.0671)。结果提示,在暴露于危险因素至癌变过程中,p53基因异常可能起着重要作用。这为林县食管癌的病因学和发病机理提供了一定的分子水平依据。 The relationships between overexpression of p53 both and esophageal cancer(EC) and the risk factors of EC in Lin County, Henan provine, were studied with method of molecular epidemiology. The results showed that there was strong association between overexpression of p53 with EC. Odd ratios(OR) yielded from uni-and multi-factor logistic regression analysis were 7.03(95% CI 2.37-22.21) and 5.07(P=0.0075) respectively. Both family history of EC and pickled vegetable consumption showed a synergetic effect with overexpression of p53 on the incidence of EC. And family history also was a risk factor of overexpression of p53. These results indicated that abnormal of p53 tumor suppressor gene may play an important role from exposure of risk factors to carcinogenesis of EC.
