新鲜同种异体深板层角膜移植25例

摘　　要：回顾性分析解放军南京军区福州总医院眼科中心2001-01/2007-12收治的角膜疾病患者25例(32眼)的临床资料,均施行新鲜同种异体深板层角膜移植,术后予以糖皮质激素眼液+10g/L环孢素A眼液滴眼,观察术后视力、角膜植片愈合情况及并发症发生情况。其中31眼术后角膜植片愈合良好,创面光滑,逐渐恢复透明。平均随访40.6个月,1眼因外伤致角膜上皮缺损延期愈合外,其余眼表保持稳定,视力提高。除角膜层间新生血管及上皮型排斥反应外,未出现明显基质型排斥反应。深板层角膜移植是一种成分角膜移植术,不但能获得与穿透性角膜移植相似的透明性和视力恢复效果,还可以减少术后内皮型排斥反应及眼内手术并发症发生的危险,达到治疗和增视的双重目的。To retrospectively analyze the clinical data of 25 cornea disease patients （32 eyes）, who were treated at the Center of Ophthalmology, Fuzhou General Hospital of Nanjing Military Area Command of Chinese PLA from January 2001 to December 2007. They received deep lamellar keratoplasty. Glucocorticosteroid and 10 g/L cyclosporin A eyedrops were used after transplantation. The visual acuity, allograft healing and complication after transplantation were observed. A total of 31 eyes were well recovered with good healing, smooth wound surface and transparent cornea graft. During the 40.6 months of average follow-up corneal epithelium of 1 eye was delayed healed because of injury. Other eyes were stable and had improved sight. No stroma rejection, but lamellar neovascularization and epithelium rejection were found. Compared with penetrating keratoplasty, deep lamellar keratoplasty offers the similar effect for recovery of corneal clarity and vision acuity, reduces endothelium rejection and complication after transplantation. It can reach a double aim of treatment and improved sight.
