开发性金融支持石漠化生态治理模式探讨

摘　　要：根据中国西南8省(区、市)岩溶山区石漠化灾害的实际情况,结合国家开发银行参与西南岩溶地区石漠化治理工作,提出了支持石漠化生态治理产业化的4种融资模式:"公司+开行+技术+农户"模式、"公司+公司"模式、微贷款模式、村镇银行模式。使石漠化生态治理技术产业化发展,并在广大岩溶山区普遍推广,为贫困山区农民脱贫致富解决了资金问题。Based on the situation of rock desertification in the 8 provinces （or regions/cities） in Southwest China and the rock desertification control projects supported by development bank, four kinds of financing models, including ＂company ＋ development bank ＋ technique ＋ farmer＂, ＂company ＋ company＂ , ＂small loan＂ and ＂township bank＂, were raised to enhance the industrialization of the desertification ecological control. These models promoted the industrialization development of the ecological control technique and were popularized in Karst mountain area through financing support to increase farmers＇income.
