摘 要:为了满足铸造行业的应用要求,提出了利用热风机对大体积型砂进行干燥的解决方案,并给出了其核心部分,包括温度采集电路和控制算法的整体实现方法。通过开放环境下的仿真实验证明,该方案具有较为理想的响应速度和比较高的加热曲线重合度,能够较好地满足铸造行业对热风机温度控制的设计要求。In order to fulfill the application requirements of foundry industry, especially for the bulky casting sand, a kind of desiccation's resolution using the air heater was put forward. The realization of kernel parts, including the temperature collection circuit and the control arithmetic, was described in detail. By the simulation in the open environment, it is proved that the design has the perfect speed of response and the high superposltion of heat curve, and also, it can be fit for the design requirements of the air heater temperature control in foundry industry.
