摘　　要：科学精神是理性、求真、求实、求新、求变的精神。科学精神对教风有很大的影响。创建优良教风是高校提高教育教学质量和办学效益的重要途径,是高校生存与发展的基础和前提。文章从培养教师科学精神的角度,探讨加强教风建设的方法和途径。Scientific sprit is a sprit of the rationalness and seeking truth, facts, innovation and reform. Teaching style will be influenced greatly by the scientific sprit. So, establishing a fine style of instruction is an important way for improving the quality and the benefit of higher education, it is also the base and premise for higher education to survive and to develop. In this article, methods and ways will be inquired from the angle of training teachers＇scientific sprit to strengthen the building of teaching style.
