成都市青少年游泳培训现状调查与对策研究

摘　　要：为促进游泳培训行业更完善的发展,以成都市14个游泳培训点为研究对象,采用文献资料法、问卷调查法等方法,对成都市游泳培训的管理现状、教学现状、教员现状、青少年及家长对游泳培训的需求、评价等方面进行全面调查,对其整体情况进行分析,对亟待解决的问题提出可行性的对策。This article employs literature review and questionnaire to investigate among 14 Chengdu swimming training sites into such aspects as the management, teaching and coaching status quo, demand and evaluation of teenagers and their parents. The overall situation in Chengdu teenager swimming training is analyzed and practicable suggestions are proposed to address the need -to -be -soon -resolved problems.
