摘　　要：花生壳是花生生产过程中产生的副产品,由于花生壳提取物的抗氧化活性比较好,很多领域已有广泛的利用研究。本文从食品、医药、化工方面阐述花生壳的研究和开发,促进该领域资源的有效利用,消除环境污染,也是当今农业固体废弃物资源利用的绿色模式。The peanut shell is the abundant by-product produced in the process of the peanut production, it has very extensive application in a lot of fields. This text focus on summarizing the application of peanut shelly from food, medicine, chemical industry, with not only can utilize resources effectively but also can dispel the environmental pollution, it is a quite rising using mode of agricultural solids.
