摘　　要：转化生长因子β(TGF-β)是一类具有多种生物学功能的多肽生长因子,在调节细胞增殖、分化、细胞外基质形成、胚胎发育、创伤修复以及免疫调节等方面起着重要的调控作用。它不仅与正常眼内组织代谢及各种生理功能有关,在许多眼内病理过程中也起着重要作用。文章就TGF-β的结构、受体、生物效应以及它与眼科各疾病的关系和作用做简要综述。TGF-β is a kind of polypeptide growth factor with wide biological function. , which plays an important regulatory effect on many aspects, such as the regulation of cell proliferation, differentiation and extracellular matrix formation, embryonic development, wound healing and immune regulation, and so on. It is not only related to the tissue metabolism of normal eye as well as kinds of physiological function, but also plays an important role in the eye pathological process. This article reviews TGF-β about its structure, receptor, biological effect, and its relationship and effect with many ophthalmological diseases.
