国内外农村居民点区位研究评述

摘　　要：随着人类经济社会的发展,居民点的外在特征和空间结构也在不断的演化与变迁,居住地点的选址和布局最能反映出人类活动与地理环境之间的相互影响与作用机制。目前国内外在城市居住区位研究方面已经形成大量研究成果,相比之下,农村居民点相关研究还存在一定滞后。文章从居民点区位影响因素、区位演变、居民点分布和等级结构四方面对国外相关研究进行了评述,梳理了国内农村居民点区位研究的相关内容,在此基础上对存在的问题进行了讨论和总结,并对今后研究内容进行了展望。Each social activity is done in certain spatial place. The rural settlement is the earliest life demand of rural population. Along with economic and social development, the evolutionof rural settlements has been ongoing with the patterns and internal structure. The location and the configuration of rural settlement reflect mutual influence and functional mechanism between human activities and the geographical environment. As the new rural reconstruction＇s development in China, the reorganization and construction of settlements are critical for rural development. The research on rural settlements location also fully demonstrates its important meaning. At present, the research about location of urban residents has been paid too much attention to, however, the research about the location of rural settlements is badly overlooked. The article focuses on an extensive review on literature on rural settlements. Four aspects are paid a particular attention to： （1）the factors that affect location selection of rural settlements; （2） location changes from their earliest place; （3） rural settlement distribution ;and （4） spatial systems of rural settlements. The domestic related research about the location of rural settlements also focuses on the similar research fields, such as the theory research about the location selection of rural settlements, the research about factors that affect location selection of rural settlements, the research about vicissitude of rural settlements, the research about spatial distribution pattern of rural settlements, the research about the spatial plan of rural settlements, and so on. The research on the rural settlements is very complex. It relates to nature, economy, society, culture, population, and such like. At present, the domestic research about the rural settlements still needs to be strengthened.
