摘  要:水体富营养化是当前一个严重的环境问题,而营养因子是引起水华的重要元素。文章通过实验室配水来模拟在不同氮、磷浓度下盘星藻(Pediastrum sp)的生长情况。共设置了6个氮质量浓度梯度:0.1、0.5、0.9、1.3、1.7、2.1mg·L-1对盘星藻的生长影响,在1.7mg·L-1的氮质量浓度下盘星藻的相对增长常数Km=0.84。设置6个磷质量浓度梯度:0.01、0.03、0.07、0.10、0.14、0.19mg·L-1对盘星藻的生长影响,在0.14mg·L-1的磷质量浓度下盘星藻的最大比增长率为μmax=0.83。从水质指标变化看,pH和DO对细胞的生长状况有一定的预先指示作用;浊度与细胞生长状况呈正相关关系,在氮质量浓度影响下电导率与细胞生长状况呈正相关关系,在磷质量浓度影响下电导率与细胞生长状况呈负相关关系。Eutrophication is one of the most serious environmental problem in current period. Generally, nutrition factors were deemed to the important elements. This topic through matches the water simulates under the different concentration of nitrogen and phosphorus on plate star algae (Pediastrum sp) about their growth situation. We set six grads of nitrogen concentration: 0.1, 0.5, 0.9, 1.3, 1.7, 2.1 mg·L^-1 for Pediastrum sp, Pediastrum sp get the relatively growth value Km=0.84 under nitrogen concentration of 1.7 mg·L^-1. We set six grads of phosphorus concentration: 0.01,0.03,0.07, 0.10, 0.14, 0.19 mg·L^-1 for Pediastrum sp, it get the biggest comparatively growth value umax=0.83 under phosphorus concentration of 0.14 mg.Ll. According to the water quality, pH and DO have a foreordain indication to the growth of algal; turbidity have a positive relationship to the growth of algal, electrical conductivity have a positive relationship to the growth of algal under the influence of nitrogen, have a negative relationship to the growth of algal under the influence of phosphorus.
