摘 要:目的研究超润滑导尿管1、超润滑导尿管2、硅化处理导尿管对大肠埃希氏杆菌生物膜形成的影响,以指导临床护理工作中根据患者不同情况合理选择导尿管。方法经细菌孵育超润滑导尿管1、超润滑导尿管2、硅化处理乳胶导尿管材料膜片制备生物膜模型,通过菌落计数法确定粘附于导尿管材料生物膜内菌落数量并用扫描电镜观察生物膜的形态。结果3种不同导尿管材料的生物膜内菌落计数比较,差异有统计学意义;超滑1、超滑2分别与硅化处理乳胶导尿管标准菌落计数比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);超滑1与超滑2导尿管标准菌落计数比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。经扫描电镜观察,硅化处理导尿管材料制备的生物膜表面可以观察到有细菌团块聚集和纤维素样物质交联;但超滑1与超滑2导尿管材料制备的生物膜表面仅有少许细菌团块,纤维素样物质交联不明显。结论超润滑导尿管材料不容易形成细菌生物膜,临床留置导尿管时间长的患者尽可能选用超润滑材料导尿管。Objective To investigate the effect of super-lubricative type l, type 2 and siliconized-latex catheters on the generation of Escherichia coli biofilm. Methods Escherichia coli biofilm models were prepared and the viable bacteria counts of biofilms were performed by serially diluted method and the biofilm morphology was observed by scanning electron microscope (SEM). Results The average bacteria counts of biofilm showed no difference between two different kinds of super-lubricative catheters (P〉0.05), while the difference was significant between super-lubricative and siliconized-latex catheters (P〈0.05). By electron microscopy, bacteria colonies formed and cellulose-llke substance converged on the surface of siliconized-latex catheters, but very few on the two kinds of super-lubricative catheters and the convergence was not evident there. Conclusion The bacteria biofilm may hardly grow on super-lubricative catheter, which is more suitable for those patients needing long-term urethral catheterization.
