摘 要:随着玛纳斯河流域经济的迅速发展,流域生态环境问题日益显现。为了保证流域经济与生态环境的协调发展,开展生态环境动态监测并进行实时客观评价,提高生态环境优化调控与科学管理的效率,成为流域可持续发展的战略方向之一。因此,本文根据流域生态环境历史与现状的调查结果,对流域生态系统结构进行分析,将其主要生态环境问题归纳为生态环境质量评价指标,建立玛纳斯河流域生态环境质量标准,选择数学模型对流域进行单因子评价和综合评价,形成定量反映流域生态环境质量的成果,并根据玛纳斯河流域生态质量评价结果对玛纳斯河流域生态环境建设提出建议,为该流域的各种规划及生态环境建设提供理论依据。With rapid development of the economy in Manas River Basin, ecology and environment promblems of the basin appeared increasingly. In order to keep the economy coordinating with the ecological environment of the basin, developing dynamic monitoring and real -time objective assessment for environment is becoming one of the strategic directions for the sustainable development in the basin. Based on this reason, ecosystem structure of the basin was analyzed according to historical status and status quo. Then, the main ecological problems were summarized as index of ecological environmental quality assessment, and the ecological environment quality standard for Manas River Basin was established. Single factor basin assessment and comprehensive assessment were done in accord with selected mathematical model and formed results which reflecting the environmental quality in quantitative approach. Some proposes about construction ecological environment of Manas River Basin were made according to the ecological quality assessment, which will provide a theoretical basis for the various watershed planning and construction of the ecological environment.
