摘　　要：[目的]了解沈阳市中学教师心理健康状况。[方法]采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)对沈阳市6所中学的部分教师进行问卷调查。[结果]沈阳市中学教师SCL-90因子分显著高于全国常模。女教师在躯体化、恐怖因子分上显著高于男教师。不同执教年限各组教师部分因子分差异有统计学意义。高压力组教师各因子分均显著高于低压力组。[结论]压力对中学教师的心理健康有显著的影响。[Objective] To investigate the mental health of middle school teachers in Shenyang. [Methods] 341 teachers from 6 middle schools in Shenyang were investigated with SCL-90. [ Results] Comparing with the national normal, the scores of factors of SCL-90 of middle school teachers in Shenyang were significantly higher. The scores of physiology and terror in female were significantly higher than those in male. The scores of some factors found significantly different among students of different working time. The scores of all factors among teachers with high press were significantly higher than those in teachers with low press. [Conclusion] Pressure has great effect on mental heahh of middle school teachers.
