支气管肺泡灌洗液中肿瘤相关物质群、CYFRA21-1的临床研究

摘　　要：[目的]探讨血清和支气管肺泡灌洗液(BALF)中肿瘤相关物质群(TSGF)、细胞角蛋白19片段(CYFRA21-1)对肺癌早期诊断的价值。[方法]检测50例肺癌和50例肺良性疾病患者支气管肺泡灌洗液、血清中肿瘤相关物质群、CYFRA21-1的含量。[结果]肺癌患者血清和支气管肺泡灌洗液中TSGF、CYFRA21-1的含量均显著高于肺良性疾病患者。肺癌患者支气管肺泡灌洗液中TSGF、CYFRA21-1的含量显著高于血清中的含量。[结论]支气管肺泡灌洗液中TSGF、CYFRA21-1的测定对早期肺癌的诊断有一定价值,其临床价值优于血清。[Objective] To investigate the value of tumor supplied group factor （TSGF） and CYFRA21-1 in serum and bronehoalveolar lavage fluids （BALF） in the early diagnosis of lung Cancer. [Methods] The Levels of TSGF and CYFRA21-1 in serum and BALF were detected in 50 patients with lung Cancer and 50 patients with benign lung disease. [ Results] The levels of TSGF and CYFRA21-1 in serum and BALF in patients with lung cancer were significantly higher than those in the patents with benign lung disease. The levels of TSGF and CYFRA21-1 in BALF of patients with lung cancer were significantly higher than those in serum. [Conclusion] The detection of TSGF and CYFRA21-1 in BALF has a certain value on the early diagnosis of lung cancer, and its clinical value is superior to that in serum.
