摘　　要：本文认为,就中国高校治理结构而言,可以按照初始建设资金来源、学校运行经费来源、学校管理班子来源等三个维度切分其不同模式,还可以从人才培养导向和方式、科研与社会服务对象、政府政策支持、学生与社会认可程度、高校从业人员认可程度等方面进行对高校治理结构进行比较和评价。Based on economics, authors analyzed the governance structures of Chinese universities, suggested the three dimensions for analyzing universities＇ governance, i.e., initial fund, operational fund and managements. The comparisons from five aspects of different governance structures among Chinese universities are also made.
