灯盏细辛、灯盏花素注射剂治疗脑梗死、冠心病心绞痛的应用情况及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的:了解和评价北京市医疗保险住院患者应用灯盏细辛、灯盏花素注射剂的情况。方法:抽取北京市5家"医保"定点医院738份应用灯盏细辛、灯盏花素注射剂的住院患者病历,对采集的数据进行统计分析。结果:被调查患者用药剂量波动大;用药疗程变化范围大;用药剂量及疗程的选择与适应证及病情没有明显的相关性。结论:灯盏细辛、灯盏花素注射剂的用药剂量应在说明书规定范围内按照病情及适应证进行调整,疗程以2周为宜。OBJECTIVE： To know and evaluate the application status of Fleabane and Breviscapine injection for the inpatients Beijing with medical insurance. METHODS： The medical records of 738 inpatients that were treated with Fleabane injection and Breviscapine injection were collected from 5 medical insurance- designated hospitals for a statistical analysis of the collected data. RESULTS： The doses of Fleabane injection and Breviscapine for injection used in the inpatients under investigation had a great fluctuation.The medication course varied greatly .The dosage and medication course were non - correlated to indication and patients＇ state of illness.CONCLUSION： The dosage of Fleabane injection and Breviscapine injection should be used in accordance with the package inserts based on patient＇ state of illness and indication, and the advisable medication course of which is 2 weeks.
