综合护理干预对女性首发精神分裂症患者生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨综合护理干预对女性首发精神分裂症患者生活质量的影响。方法将120例女性首发精神分裂症患者随机分为两组各60例，两组患者均给予精神科常规治疗，均实施精神科常规护理，研究组在此基础上予以早期综合护理干预，观察6mo。于综合护理干预前及干预6mo末采用阳性和阴性症状量表评定临床疗效，生活质量综合评定问卷评定患者的生活质量，对两组测评结果进行对比分析。结果阳性和阴性症状评定量表评分，综合护理干预后两组阴性症状、阳性症状、一般病理及总分均较干预前有显著下降（P〈0．01），但研究组均较对照组下降更显著（P〈0．01～0．05）。生活质量综合评定问卷评分，综合护理干预后两组躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能3个维度及总体生活质量因子评分均较干预前有显著提高（P〈0．01～0．05），但研究组较对照组提高更显著（P〈0．01）。结论综合护理干预有助于改善女性首发精神分裂症患者的精神症状，提高其生活质量。Objective To explore the effects of combined nursing intervention on quality of life in first-episode female schizophrenics. Methods 120 first-episode female schizophrenics were randomly divided into two groups（each n= 60）, both groups received psychiatric routine therapy and nursing, and research group was plus early combined nursing intervention for 6 months. Efficacies were assessed with the Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale（PANSS） and quality of life with the Generic Quality of Life Inventory-74（GQOLI-74） before and after combined intervention and results eontrastively analyzed between the 2 groups. Results Compared with pre-intervention, negative and positive symptom, generic pathology and total scores of the PANSS lowered more significantly after intervention in both groups（P〈0.01） and did more significantly in the research than in the control group（P〈0. 01-0.05） ; somatic, psychological and social function and total scores of the GQOLI-74 of both groups increased more significantly（P〈0.01-0.05） and did more significantly in the research than in the control group（P〈0.01）. Conclusion Combined nursing intervention makes for improving mental symptoms of first-episode female schizophrenics and raising their quality of life.
