摘　　要：分析了新形势下传统生产实习模式存在的问题,探讨了新形势下生产实习模式的改革,针对新形势下本科人才培养质量要求以及本科生不同发展目标,提出了校内外集中与分散实习多种形式并存的生产实习新模式,以实现生产实习五个目标的集成,即生产实习与认识社会结合、与专业教育结合、与后续的毕业设计/论文结合、与未来深造结合、与本科生就业结合,并提出了相应的生产实习教学内容体系及教学方法的配套改革措施。通过新的实习模式实践,取得了良好的实习效果。The problems that exist in the traditional mode of production practice under new situation are analyzea, and tne reform of production practice mode under new situation is discussed. According to the quality demands of undergraduate cultivation and different development aims of undergraduates under new situation, a new mode of production practice which various forms of intramural and external--campus as well as centralized and decentralized practice coexisting is proposed, so that to achieve the integration of five targets of production practice, which combine production practice with understanding society, professional education, subsequent graduation design/thesis, future advanced studies, and undergraduate employment. Also, the corresponding matching reform measures of teaching content system and teaching method for production practice is put forward. Good practice effect has been obtained by the new mode of production practice.
