摘　　要：广西师范大学在教师教育改革与发展方面作出了有益的探索:一是秉持教师教育传统,为学校持续发展铸造生命之魂;二是优化人才培养过程,为八桂培养优质师资;三是彰显教师发展理念,为教师专业发展创建优质平台;四是发挥学术优势,为基础教育提供全面智力支持。Guangxi Normal University has made a meaningful exploration of the reform and development of teacher education in various aspects. Firstly, it has cultivated the animating spirit for ensuring the continuous development of the university by adhering to the tradition of emphasizing teacher education. Secondly, it has trained excellent new teachers for Guangxi as a result of optimizing the talent training process. Thirdly, it has created an excellent platform for teachers＇ professional development by emphasizing the notion of teacher development. Forthly, it has provided intellectual support for basic education with its quality academic service.
