摘  要:异步电动机起动时最初起动电流很大,可达4~7倍额定电流。本文提出了一种新型软起动方案,即在电动机定子回路中串入可控电抗器来限制起动电流,实现软起动。磁控式可控电抗器高压工作绕组和低压控制绕组隔离,大大提高了其工作可靠性,其串联在电动机定子绕组中限流作用明显且不消耗能量。仿真和实验平台表明,异步电机起动平稳。The starting current is very large during starting of induction motor, it can reach 4 to 7 times rated current. This paper presents a new soft starting scheme, i.e. a controlled reactor is in series with the motor stator to limit starting current and realize soft starting. The isolation between high-voltage working windings and low-voltage control actor can improve the operation reliability of it windings of magnetic control regreatly. The current limiting action is obvious and energy does not dissipate. Simulation and experiment platform shows that the starting of induction motor is stationary.
