试论高校资料室收集本院系教师科研成果的重要性

摘　　要：高等学校教师是高校教学、科研的主体,而图书资料是科研的基础和先导。作为教师,其科研成果反映了院系的学术水平,因此院系资料室应注意收集本院系教师的科研成果,以利于保管与存档,同时也有利于形成阶梯式的科研队伍。The subject of teaching and researching in colleges and universities is teachers and the reference books and materials are the basis of scientific research. The level of department academic level is fully represented by its teachers＇scientific research. Therfore, the collection and storage of teachers＇achievements of scientific research is of importance in forming continuious contingents of scientific research.
