不同运动负荷对中学生注意集中性影响的实验研究

摘　　要：以16名中学生为研究对象,采用文献资料法、数理统计法和实验法(EP701C——注意力集中测试仪)等多种研究方法,对不同运动负荷对注意集中性进行实验研究。结果显示:安静状态和小、中、大3种运动负荷状态对注意集中性有显著影响,其中,中运动负荷和大运动负荷对注意集中性的影响最为显著,大负荷使"在靶时间"减少而"脱靶次数"增加。Taking 16 middle school students as the research objects,and using various research methods such as literature study, mathematical statistics and experiment method （EP701 C- attention concentrativeness testing apparatus）, this paper researches the influences of different sports loads on the attention concentrativeness with experiments. The results show that： the influences of the rest state and small ,middle and big sports loads are obvious on the attention concentrativeness, and among them, middle sports load and big sports load are more obvious, and big load reduces ＂intarget times and increases off-target times＂ .
