摘　　要：情感教育作为现代教育技术的重要手段,在大学生的教育管理工作中起着重要作用。遵循情感教育的自身规律和应用原则,探讨情感教育的重要作用,对做好高校学生工作具有重要意义。The affective education, which is an important means of modern educational technology, plays a vital role in educational management of university students. It possesses important functions for doing well the management of university students to follow the rules and principles of the affective education and to probe into the important effect of the affective education.
