摘  要:采用一种专用电镀装置,通过对电压、电流密度和阴阳极相对运动速度的控制,在预处理后的贮氢合金粉末表面获得均匀的镍镀层。该电镀方法能控制镍的包覆总量,且表面电镀镍的贮氢合金的性能可与表面化学镀镍的相媲美。A special electroplating equipment was adopted. By controlling the voltage .current density and the relative motion velocity of cathode and anode,a nickel -plated layer could be obtained on the surface of hydrogen-storage alloy powder which was pretreated. The nickel was well-distributed on the surface. In this way the nickel weight of plate layer could be controlled accurately. The property of hydrogen-storage alloy powder with surface plated could be compared with those surface was non-electric coated nickel.
