摘  要:采用幼苗浸渍法,测定3种不同浓度的12种化合物对黄瓜镰刀菌培养滤液活性的抑制作用。研究结果表明:不同化合物、不同质量浓度的抑制效果不相同。10μg/mL的烟酸、NaOH、FeCl3和ZnSO4的效果最好,相对抑制效果在95%以上,抑制作用表现稳定、持久;50μg/mL的维生素B1、CuSO4、KAl(SO4)2和100μg/mL的MnSO4相对抑制效果在90%以上;50μg/mL的KMnO4、KOH相对抑制效果在85%以上;维生素B6、蛋氨酸效果较差,相对抑制效果低于70%。该研究为进一步筛选镰刀菌酸毒素的抑制物质,探索黄瓜枯萎病防治新途径提供了参考。The inhibitory effects of twelve compounds at three concentrations on phytotoxicity of cucumber Fusarium culture to the host plants was measured by the method of soaking seedling with culture suspension. Different inhibitory effects were observed from different compounds with different concentrations. The best inhibitory effects were observed from 10 μg/mL Nicotinic acid,NaOH,FeCl3, and ZnSO4,the relative inhibitory effects were above 95% and the inhibitory action was stable and permanent. The relative inhibitory effects of 50 μg/mL VBL ,CuSO4,KAl(SO4)2 and 100 μg/mL MnSO4 were above 90%. The relative inhibitory effects of 50μg/mL KMnO4, KOH were above 85%. VB6 and Methionine had lower inhibitory effects than others with the relative inhibitory effects below 70%. The research is helpful for selecting inhibitory substance of Fusarium toxin and exploring new methods of wilt disease control.
