摘  要:以Z-型温度敏感元件为基础,设计了Z-型温度传感器及传感器仪表.并利用Z-型传感器输出幅度大且可以输出频率量的独特优点,克服了Z-型传感器存在的非线性、分散性等缺陷.将Z-型温度敏感元件与微型单片机融为一体,构成体积小、成本低、输出标准数字量的传感器.经过实测,输出满足±1℃的误差范围.该方法一般可应用于模拟的新型敏感元器件的设计之中.This article has designed a Z-temperature sensor contained Z-sensitive component and temperature Sensor meter has been designed. The sensor uses the excellent quality of Z-sensor, which is high export amplitude and frequency export. The sensor overcomes the imperfection of Z-sensor, which is nonlinear and disperse quality. The Z-temperature sensor and single-chip processor have been inosculated each other. The sensor has many func- tions, such as small volume, low cost and standard digit export. The experimental results showed that the maximum error between the export designed of Z-temperature sensor and the linear export expected is less than ±1 ℃, this meets common application. The method in this paoer can be used in other design which contains analog signal.
