摘　　要：创业环境研究是创业研究的关键问题之一,而分析创业环境影响因素是认识和评估创业环境的前提。在对国内外相关创业环境影响因素分析的基础上,依据系统理论、均衡与非均衡理论和内生性理论,构建创业环境要素模型,提出创业环境是由内部创业环境、宏观环境、市场环境和自然环境四个子系统构成,环境子系统之间是相互依存、相互影响、相互制约的关系。Entrepreneurial environment is the key issue of entrepreneurship research, and understanding the intlueneial factors of entrepreneurial environment is the basis of knowing the entrepreneurial environment. We tried to construct entrepreneurial environment factor model based on the systems theory, equil/brium theory and endophytic theory. We think the entrepreneurial environment system is made up of four subsystems, such as inner entrepreneurial environment macroeconomic environment market environment and natural environment. There is the relationship of influence and support each other among subsidiary systems of enviomment.
