摘　　要：目的检测Survivin和PCNA蛋白在鼻咽癌组织中的表达,了解其临床价值。方法应用免疫组织化学法检测68例鼻咽癌组织中Survivin和PCNA蛋白的表达水平。结果鼻咽癌组织中Survivin蛋白的阳性表达率为72.1%(49/68);其表达与淋巴结转移和T分期有关(P<0.05)。肿瘤残留、复发及转移者Survivin表达有增高趋势,但未达统计学意义。生存时间<5年者Survivin表达明显增高。PCNA的阳性表达率为73.5%(50/68),Survivin与PCNA的表达正相关。结论Survivin对预测鼻咽癌预后有一定的价值。Objective To evaluate the expression and clinical significance of survivin protein and proliferation cell nuclear antigen （PCNA）in nasopharyngeal carcinoma （NPC）. Methods The immunohistochemistry was used to test the expression of survivin and PCNA in 68 cases of NPC tissues. Results The positive rate of survivin and PCNA expression was 72.1% and 73.5% respectively.The positive expression rates of survivin increased significant with higer T stage and neck lymph node metastasis （P〈0.05）.The patient with tumor residual after radiation,relaps,and metastesis had higer expression of survivin,but without significance.The positive rate of survivin expression in NPC patients with lese than 5-year survival rate was higher than that in NPC patients with over 5-year survival rate.The expressions of survivin and PCNA showed a significant correlation （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The expression of survivin is closely associated with prognosis.
