摘　　要：设计氨提法、水提法和微波法三种工艺过程提取、纯化甘草酸,通过重复实验,比较粗品纯度和药材中甘草酸含量,得出甘草酸提取的最佳方法。本实验表明,氨提法为最佳方案。In this paper,the glycyrrhizic acid was extracted and purified by the method of ammonia,water and microwave. The result showed that using ammonia can get the highest pure extraction of glycyrrhizic acid and get the most glycyrrhizic acid. Therefore, the method of ammonia was the best project.
