摘　　要：创新教育业已成为我国研究生教育改革的核心问题。研究生教育创新也就是创新研究生教育制度,在创新的过程中必须把凸显能力的选拔制度作为前提,抓住合理灵活的学位制度这一根本,以多样性的教育管理制度为基础,采取公开有效的教育评估制度以及研究导向的成本分担制度。Creative Education has become the core of graduate education reform issues. Postgraduate education innovation is innovating the system of postgraduate education. In the innovation process, we must take the selection system which higldights capacity as a prerequisite,seize the essence of reasonable and flexihihty degree system, take the diversified educational management system as the foundation,and take the opening and effective education system assessment of opening and effective and the study - oriented cost- sharing system.
