摘　　要：目的建立一种氚标记褐藻胶来源甘露糖醛酸寡糖的方法。方法用氚（-3H）对甘露糖醛酸寡糖混合物（oligo-M）进行标记，并用柱色谱进行分离纯化。结果获得了氚标记甘露糖醛酸二糖，三糖，四糖和五糖。结论该方法可用于褐藻胶来源甘露糖醛酸寡糖的氚标记。Objective To establish a reliable method for 3H-labeling of the alginate-derived oligo-mannuronic acids. Methods Using 3H to label the oligo-mannuronic acids, and the labeled mixture was separated and purified by column chromatography. Results The labeled di-, tri-, tetra- and pentamer were obtained. Conclusion The method could be used for the 3 H-labeling of the alginate-derived oligo-mannuronic acids.
