利用RAPD指纹分析技术分析3种鲤科鱼群体的遗传变异

摘　　要：[目的]研究鲤鱼、鳙鱼、武昌鱼这3种常见淡水鱼类的亲缘关系。[方法]利用随机扩增多态性DNA(RAPD)技术对鲤鱼、鳙鱼、武昌鱼种群间的亲缘关系进行分析。[结果]结果表明,武昌鱼与鳙鱼、武昌鱼与鲤鱼的遗传距离相近,分别为0.654 70、.652 2,而鲤鱼与鳙鱼之间的遗传距离为0.5873。[结论]鲤鱼、鳙鱼间的亲缘关系比武昌鱼、鳙鱼,武昌鱼、鲤鱼之间的亲缘关系近。[ Objective ]The research aimed to study the relations between three common freshwater fishes common carp, bighead carp and Wuchang fish. [ Method] Intra-population phylogenetic relationship among common carp, bighead carp and Wuchang fish was analyzed using random amplified polymorphic DNA（RAPD） markers. [ Result ] The research showed that the genetic distances between Wuchang fish and bighead carp was similar to that between Wuchang fish and common carp, which was 0.654 7 and 0.652 2, but they were beth larger than the distance between common carp and bighead carp,which was 0.587 3. [Conclusion] Common carp was closed related to bighead carp,while Wuchang fish was far related to beth common carp and bighead carp.
