摘  要:[目的]明确柚皮中膳食纤维的最佳提取条件及膳食纤维对动物生长性能的影响。[方法]以柚皮为原料,用乙醇提取其中不溶于水的膳食纤维,以提取温度、水与原料体积比、提取时间及乙醇与提取液体积比为因素进行正交试验,确定最佳提取条件;将所提取的膳食纤维按一定比例添加到小鸡日粮中,考察膳食纤维对小鸡生长性能的影响。[结果]柚皮中膳食纤维的最佳提取条件为:提取温度75℃、提取时间90 min、加水量与原料体积比为10∶1、乙醇与提取液体积比为1∶1;在小鸡日粮中添加一定量的膳食纤维,能明显促进小鸡生长,膳食纤维以1∶20的比例添加到小鸡基础日粮中最有利于小鸡体重的增加。[结论]该研究为膳食纤维的提取及柚皮的开发利用提供参考。[Objective] The study was to determine the best condition of extracting dietary Fiber from pomelo peel and the effects of dietary fiber on the growth performance of chicken. [ Method] With pomelo peel as material, the dietary fiber of water insoluble was extracted with alcohol. The orthogonal test was designed to determine the best extracting condition with the extracting temperature, volume ratio of water and raw material, extracting time and volume ratio of alcohol and extracting solution as the factors. The effects of dietary fiber extracted on the growth performance of chickens were investigated by adding dietary fiber to the diet of chicken according to proportion. [ Result ] The best extracting conditions of dietary fiber from pomelo peel were that the extracting temperature was 75 ℃ ,extracting time 90 min, volume ratio of water and raw material was 10: 1 and the volume ratio of alcohol and extracting solution was 1 : 1. The growth of the chicken could be obviously promoted by adding a certain amount of dietary fiber to the diet of chicken. It was most beneficial to increase the weight of chicken by adding dietary fiber to the basal diet of chicken according the ratio of 1:20. [ Conclusion] The study provided the references for extracting dietary fiber and the development and utilization of the pomelo peel.
