基于呼叫中心的公安交通管理网站的设计与仿真分析

摘　　要：交通运输的合理调度和管制日益成为社会的一个重要问题。通过智能化的车辆监控系统,操作人员只需执行其中很少的一部分命令就可以实现对车辆等移动目标的管理,从而极大地提高了移动目标的运行效率,降低了管理开支。本文设计的新型公安交通管理网站具有语音通信、自动查询、文字交谈、电子邮件、互联网电话等功能。最后对完成的网络规划设计进行了计算机仿真测试,并给出分析测试结果。Vehicle＇s attemper and management has become an important question of society. By intelligent vehicle surveillance system, operator can manage the vehicle with a few command, so the running effect of moving object can be improved greatly. Based on the CTI technology call center public security traffic control system, this set of system goal is through the call center technological transformations, technically enhances the transportation system the service level and the management level, strives for the realization in the municipal transportation the rapid processing accident, achieved the municipal transportation system the highly effective use, guaranteed the system the safe operation, provides the high quality the call service. New call center with voice communications, automatic inquiries, text chat, e-mail, Internet telephony and other functions. Finally, we give the design of the system simulation testing, analysis and test results.
