摘  要:[目的]探讨月季鲜切花保鲜技术。[方法]用3种无机盐配制成的保鲜液对月季红色系列“卡尔红”进行处理,分别测定其花朵直径、外观品质、鲜重变化、瓶插寿命。[结果]200 mg/L 8-HQC+2%蔗糖与3种盐类配成的保鲜剂,与单独使用8-HQC+2%蔗糖和蒸馏水相比较,可以改善花瓣状态、增进花色、提高开花级数等综合品质,增大花朵直径,使瓶插寿命延长2-4 d。3种加无机盐的保鲜剂中,0.2 mmol/LCoCl2的各项保鲜指标最好。[结论]200 mg/L 8-HQC+2%蔗糖+0.2 mmol/L CoCl2处理保鲜效果好,可以作为月季切花的保鲜剂。[ Objective]The purpose was to research the preservation technology of cut roses. [ Method]With preservation solution of 3 kinds of inorganic salt as treatment on the red series 'Karhong' of cut roses, the characteristics of flower diameter, appearance quality, fresh weight changes and vase life were measured. [ Result]Compared with the sole use of 8-HQC + 2% sucrose or distilled water, the preservative of the 200 mg/L 8-HQC + 2% sucrose combined with 3 kinds of inorganic could improve the comprehensive quality such as petal status, flower color and flowering progression, and could also enlarge flower diameter, along with the elongation of vase life to 2 - 4 d. In the 3 preservatives of different inorganic salt, the best one is 0.2 moL/L CoCl2. [ Conclusion]The treatment of 200 rng/L 8-HQC + 2% sucrose + 0.2 mol/L CoCl2 presented better preservation effect, and it could be used as the preservative of cut roses.
