摘　　要：高等职业教育是我国当前职业教育发展中的一个"热点",取得了很大的成绩,但也存在许多问题。从总体来看。目前高等职业教育发展中面临的种种问题和学术界争论的焦点,应该说都与高等职业教育发展的根本问题有关。这里从国际比较的角度来探讨关于高等职业教育的概念、高等职业教育的定位、高等职业教育发展的原因与条件以及怎样发展高等职业教育等几个问题,提出一些解决的新视角。As a hotspot of our vocational education, higher vocational education has its achievements together with some problems. Generally, the existing problems and academic focuses are in connection with the developing of higher vocational education. From the perspective of international comparison, this paper discusses the concepts, orientation, developing cause and condition of higher vocational education, and put forward new solutions on how to develop higher vocational education.
